The Navtech W200 Surveillance Radar provides automatic security surveillance for large open spaces. It detects moving or stationary objects in all weather conditions and light levels up to 200m from the sensor. Designed to provide unrivalled levels of security and situation awareness, the W200 provides continuous surveillance around valuable assets and secure facilities.
Description
The Navtech W200 is a high performance 77GHz Millimetre Wave radar, built for continuous use in harsh environments. The system is extremely rugged with built-in self-test, condition monitoring and calibration.
The radar system constantly scans 360º up to 200m radius, once a second. The radar fills a volume of space in which detection data is processed every 25cm from the sensor out to the 200m maximum range. Intelligent assessment of the intruder threat is then provided by Navtech NS3-CT software which tracks people and vehicles in the areas of interest whilst ignoring activity in public areas. One or more CCTV cameras can be configured to automatically follow the intruders.
